WELCOME TO VILLA DANIELLE

Our neighborhood was developed in three phases. First, it was the East Bay Village Town Houses. Second, was the First Addition of Villa Danielle and is known as The Landing. Third, was the Second Addition of Villa Danielle and is known as the Boat Club. Because of the three expansions, there are three different homeowners associations at Villa Danielle that are controlled by the Master HOA. In all, there are four boards which are all run and organized by volunteers. If you buy or own a home in Villa Danielle, you are automatically a member of one of the homeowners associations as per the Declaration of Covenants set forth and recorded in Santa Rosa County, Florida. We encourage all members to take an active role in our neighborhood.

MASTER ASSOCIATION

The By-Laws of the Master Association at Villa Danielle and the articles of incorporation of this nonprofit corporation is recorded in the State of Florida County of Santa Rosa Official Records Book 1539, page 936. This board is comprised of board members from the other sub associations as listed. The Master Association has responsibility to maintain all the streets, drainage system, retention ponds, medians, street lights and all other common areas in our neighborhood. These are not a responsibility of the city of Navarre or the County of Santa Rosa. Each homeowner in Villa Danielle must pay an annual assessment through their HOA to the Master Association for the cost of this maintenance.

THE LANDING

This is your association, governing the 84 homes that make up the Landing HOA First Addition. These homes are governed by The Landing Covenants and By-Laws as recorded in Book 1539, Page 960 of the Official Records of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
